Philharmonic Free Fridays Begin

100 Free Tickets for Young People Ages 13–26 to each of the season’s
15 Friday evening subscription concerts
The online portal for the first Philharmonic Free Friday of the 2015–16 season opens today at noon. Philharmonic Free Fridays, which launched in the 2014–15 season, offers 100 free tickets for young people ages 13–26 to each of the season’s 15 Friday evening subscription concerts.

The season’s first Philharmonic Free Friday, onSeptember 25 at 8:00 p.m., features Alan Gilbert conducting LA Variations by The Marie-Josée Kravis Composer-in-Residence Esa-Pekka Salonen and Richard Strauss’s Ein Heldenleben, featuring Frank Huang in his debut as Concertmaster.
