김희자 Wheiza Kim

서울대 미대 졸업 후 성신여대 대학원에서 판화를 전공했다. 1997년 스토니브룩대(SUNY) 방문 미술가를 거쳐 한국현대미술을 가르쳤다. 1972년 국립현대미술관의 한국미술 그랑프리전을 비롯, 한국현대판화 4인전, 아시안아메리칸 여성연대전 등 그룹전에 참가했으며, 서울예술의전당 한가람갤러리, 월터위키저갤러리, 인사아트센터, 허친슨갤러리, 인사갤러리 등지에서 개인전을 열었다. 1월 12일부터 23일까지 첼시 갤러리 다르테(Gallery D'Arte)에서 개인전 'Wheiza Kim: Dialogue with Nature-Message from the Wind'를 연다. http://wheizakim.com
