The Carnegie Hall Patron Program team seeks a part-time, paid intern from February 2018 through May 2018. We are looking for a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail to provide pivotal support to the Major Gifts track. Projects involve research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of existing donors and new prospects. Tasks include drafting and refining correspondence and proposals, managing effective systems for tracking and cultivating donors, and conducting detailed research. 

Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required, along with excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment. BA/BS in a related field preferred.


Intern, Patron Program

The Carnegie Hall Patron Program team seeks a part-time, paid intern from February 2018 through May 2018. We are looking for an energetic and poised intern who can take on projects related to donor cultivation and event planning for a program with more than 800 Patron households and 1,000 young donors. Projects include monthly renewal mailings, drafting acknowledgement packages, and record-keeping in Tessitura database. Other administrative responsibilities may include phone coverage and maintaining inventory of departmental print materials. Spring interns will work 2-3 large scale events, where duties will involve guest confirmation, check-in operations, and VIP troubleshooting.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will display superior phone etiquette, advanced writing style, and polished interpersonal skills. BA/BS in a related field preferred.
