비내리는 월요일 오후 1시 45분경 헬리콥터가 맨해튼 미드타운(7애브뉴&51스트릿) 빌딩 옥상에 충돌하면서 조종사 1명이 사망했다. NYPD는 타임스퀘어(42스트릿)-센트럴파크 사우스(57스트릿), 8-6애브뉴 구간을 통제하고, 조사 중이다.
