방탄소년단(BTS) 군대간다 -영국 가디언지 보도-

영국의 가디언지가 K-Pop 그룹 방탄소년단(BTS)가 병역 면제를 받을 수 없게됐다고 22일 보도했다. 가디언지는 영국 토트넘에서 활동하는 축구선수 손흥민은 지난해 아시안게임에서 일본을 이기면서 동료선수들과 함께 병역을 면제받았지만, BTS는 28세까지 약 2년간의 병역을 완수해야할 것이라고 전했다.

방탄소년단(BTS)도 병역특례 없이 군대에 가게 됐다. 정부는 대체복무 제도와 관련해 21일 기존 예술요원 제도의 기본 틀을 유지하되, 인원을 줄이는 내용의 개선안을 발표했다. 대중예술인에 대한 병역특례는 신설하지 않기로 했다.
