조 바이든 대통령이 G7 정상회담에서 우크라이나를 침공한 러시아를 G20에서 제명시켜야 한다고 밝혔다. 

G20에는 세계 경제를 이끄는 G7(미국, 일본, 독일, 영국, 프랑스, 캐나다, 이탈리아 +유럽연합/ EU)을 비롯, 신흥-주요경제국 한국, 호주, 러시아, 인도, 아르헨티나, 터키, 브라질, 멕시코, 스페인, 남아프리카공화국, 중국, 인도네시아, 사우디아라비아 등 20개국이다.
