아카데미(오스카)상을 앞두고 열리는 제 38회 미 독립영화 시상식, 인디펜던트 스피릿상(Independent Spirit Awards)에서 다니엘스 감독의 메타버스 영화  '에브리싱 에브리웨어 올엣원스'가 작품상, 주연상(양자경/미셸 여), 조연상(키 쿠이관), 신인배우상(스테파니 추), 각본상, 감독상, 편집상 등 주요 부문상을 휩쓸었다. 올해는 연기상에서 남녀를 구분하지않고 통하뱄다.  

한편, 이민진의 베스트셀러를 드라마화한 애플TV의 '파친코'는 앙상블 캐스트상을 수상했다.
