맨해튼 리버사이드 교회가 요한 세바스찬 바흐(Johann Sebastian Bach, 1685-1750)의 338회 생일(3/31/1685)를 맞아 3월 21일 오후 7시 바흐 콘서트 'Bach Birthday Bash'를 연다. 오르간, 체임버 오케스트라, 합창단이 꾸미는 바흐 생일 파티로 연주곡은 바흐의 작품 1천여곡 중 인기있는 토카타와 푸가, 브란덴부르크 협주곡, 마리아 찬가 등이다. 티케시 $15-$20.

The Riverside Church presents a stunning program of some of J.S. Bach’s most well-known works for organ, chamber orchestra, and choir in celebration of his 338th birthday. One of the most influential composers throughout music history, J.S. Bach composed over 1,000 works, both sacred and secular, including cantatas, motets, oratorios, concertos, and fugues. Come experience a sampling of his of baroque masterpieces, featuring the Riverside Choir and Soloists.
