암호화폐 테라-루나 사기로 지명수배됐던 한인 권도형(Do Kwon, 31) 테라폼랩스(Terraform Labs) 대표가 23일 유럽 몬테네그로에서 체포됐다. 권씨는 투자자들에게 400억 달러 이상의 피해를 입힌 혐의를 받고 있다.
