-Monday, August 12: 헛소동 Much Ado About Nothing, 1993

Special screening presented by The Public Theater

셰익스피어의 코미디를 영화로 각색한 케네스 브래너 감독의 '헛소동(Much Ado About Nothing)'엔 브래너, 엠마 톰슨, 키아누 리브스, 덴젤 워싱턴, 로버트 숀 레오나드 등이 출연한다. 

 

 

-Tuesday, August 13: FLY

(Rain date for Fly will be August 14 in lieu of OceanXplorers)

비행 점프를 다룬 내셔널 지오그래픽 다큐멘터리.

-Wednesday, August 14: 오션 익스플로러 OceanXplorers, 2024

(Fly will play on August 14 if canceled the previous night.)

Armed with advanced technology, a handpicked team of intrepid explorers and scientists embark on a global odyssey to solve some of the ocean’s greatest mysteries through the lives of its animals and their ecosystems.

 

 

-Thursday, August 15: 악마의 등반 The Devil’s Climb

(If Fly is screened on Wednesday, an episode of OceanXplorers will be shown ahead of The Devils Climb.)

Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell are two of the greatest rock climbers of all time - and best friends. Together, they set off on an epic adventure cycling 2,500 miles enroute to a daring climb of The Devil’s Thumb, a legendary 9,000-foot Alaskan peak surrounded by old-growth rainforest. Tommy is recovering from a career-threatening injury making the expedition’s success uncertain. 

 

 

Friday, August 16: 빌리와 몰리: 수달의 사랑 이야기 Billy and Molly: An Otter Love Story

스코틀랜드의 셰틀아일랜드에서 야생 수달과 우정을 나누는 남자 이야기를 담은 자연 다큐멘터리. 

 

When a wild otter in desperate need of help washes up on his jetty in the remote Scottish islands of Shetland, Billy, his wife Susan, and their devoted sheepdog, Jade, find themselves with a unique new family member. From National Geographic and Silverback Films, “Billy & Molly: An Otter Love Story” is a heart-warming story directed by Charlie Hamilton James and shot in 4K. This documentary film shows us how love can reawaken us to the beauty of nature.
