Twenty-six “juvenile girls” from West Champaran in Bihar were found being taken from Narkatikyaganj to Idgah on the Muzaffarpur-Bandra Awadh Express, after a passenger tweeted his concerns about the unusual group he witnessed, Gulf News reported.
