영우 어쏘시에이츠가 개발한 첼시 인근 피어57 내에 푸드홀 마켓 57(Market 57)이 올 가을 오픈한다. 제임스비어드재단이 기획한 푸드홀은 1만6천평방피트 규모로 18개의 벤더들로 구성될 예정으로 알려졌다. 피어57엔 원래 고 안소니 부르댕이 주도한 아시안 푸드홀로 기획되었다가 2017년 무산되어 지난해 9월 50스트릿에 싱가포르 푸드홀 어반 호크(Urban Hawker)로 오픈했다. 현재 피어57엔 시티와이너리가 입주해 있다. 구글의 사무공간은 3개 건물에 63만평방피트 크기로 450명의 직원을 위한 것이다. 구글은 최근 1만2천여명을 해고한다고 밝혔다.
