레이디 가가 고소 파리 미술가 올랑 패소, 벌금

프랑스 아티스트 올랑(Orlan)이 레이디 가가를 지적재산권 침해로 고소했다가 도리어 벌금1만5천유로(1만8천달러)를 맞았다.
올랑은 2013년 레이디 가가의 뮤직 비디오 'Born This Way'가 자신의 비디오 'Bumpload'(1989)와' Woman With Head'(1996)에 나오는 캐릭터(자신)을 베꼈다고 주장하면서 3170만 달러 손해배상 청구소송을 파리 법원에 제기했었다. 2016년 파리 고등법원은 가가의 편을 들었고, 올랑은 항소했었다.
