MoMA PS1이 출산 차별 고소 큐레이터와 합의로 소송전을 끝냈다.

지난해 8월 MoMA PS1의 공연 어쏘시에이트 큐레이터직을 제안받았던 니키 콜럼버스씨가 뮤지엄 측에 출산 사실을 알린 후 고용을 철회당했다. 이에 성, 임신 등 차별 소송을 제기한 후 MoMA PS1과 합의를 보았다.

콜럼버스씨는 뮤지엄 측의 정책에 반발, 2만9천여명으로부터 청원 지지 서명을 받아냈다.
