2021년 애틀랜타 총격사건을 다룬 티티 유 감독의 다큐멘터리 '아시안 혐오에 맞서 일어서다: 3월의 어느 날(Rising Against Asian Hate: One Day in March)'이 3월 17일 조지아주 한인타운 덜루스의 한 극장에서 상영됐다. 2021년 3월 16일  Robert Aaron Long이 애틀랜타 지역 스파 2곳에서 총기 난사로 한인 여성 4명, 중국계 2명, 백인 1명 등 8명(여성 7명)이 사망했다. 

로버트 롱(21)은 2021년 7월 가석방 없는 종신형을 선고받았다.
