뉴욕타임스가 코로나 팬데믹 후 'The Restaurant List 2021'에서 50개 식당을 선정했다. 런던에서 발행되는 잡지 '레스토랑'의 '2021 레스토랑 50'가 세계 식당을 대상으로 하는 반면, 뉴욕타임스는 미국에 한했다.

 

뉴욕타임스의 미국이 좋아하는 레스토랑 2021엔 뉴욕의 아토믹스(Atmoix, 셰프/오너 박정현)와 브루클린의 게이즈 앤 톨너(Gage & Tollner셰프오너 김소희), 시카고의 카사마(Kasama, 셰프 제니 권), 시애틀의 파주(Paju, 정충훈 & 빌 정), 수키 & 미미(Sooki & Mimi, 앤 정) 등 5개 레스토랑이 올랐다.
