뉴욕 요리사 라이언 스미스는 한식 바비큐 3코스 요리를 마련하고, 와인 전문가(소멀리에) 딜란 요크가 5가지 와인과 페어링을 한다.

"Gangnam Style" Korean BBQ & Wine Class 

Inspired by the obvious "Gangnam Style" video, Chef Ryan Smith will prepare a 3 course menu of Korean BBQ cuisine while Sommelier Dylan York pairs each course with the perfect wine. Join us as we explore the tangy & spicy flavors of this Korean favorite and learn what components in wine work well with not only this cuisine but other favorites as well. Just in case you were concerned by the photo below.... No horses will be harmed in the production of this event.
