Atempo Chamber Ensemble Autumn Concert
With a concert theme of “Autumn Fanfare”, the ensemble, under the leadership of Douglas Duck-Sung Chung, Music Director/Concertmaster, will share the musical richness of the season!
We are pleased to welcome our Guest Artist, trumpeter Yosun Yoo and Bass-baritone Geeseop Kim.
Selections in the program will include:
· Telemann: "Don Quixote Suite"
· Respighi: “Theme and Variations" from String Quartet in D
· Neruda: "Concerto in E flat-Major for Trumpet and Strings”
· Grieg: “Peer Gynt Incidental Music Op. 23, Set 1" for String Orchestra
· Handel: "The Trumpet Shall Sound" from Messiah for Bass and trumpet
· Nielsen: “Little Suite Op.1 for String Orchestra"
Tickets are $20 in advance / $25 at the door with discounts offered for seniors and students under age 17.
