The award-winning New York Musical Festival is seeking interns to help launch 2018 NYMF as preparations begin for NYMF’s flagship program, the Next Link Project, and the Annual Gala. Positions are available in the Producing, General Management, Programming, and Development departments.

The internship program exposes young professionals to the world of non-profit theater administration and production. Interns are active participants in the day-to-day operations of all facets of the company. Our interns not only gain valuable skills in the industry, but also receive support and feedback from their supervisors and fellow staff, as well as exposure to a diverse array of non-profit and commercial theater organizations and professionals.

NYMF interns are independent, organized, and comfortable under pressure. They also have strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Internships are open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early-career professionals. All interns receive a monthly travel stipend after successful completion of their internship. Alternatively, college credit can be arranged in lieu of a stipend.

Applications are now open for 2019!
