코로나19...미국인 31% 4월 렌트 못내

코로나19 재앙으로 미국인 31%가 4월 렌트를 못낸 것으로 밝혀졌다.
미다가족주택위원회(NMHC)가 1천340만채의 아파트 렌트를 조사한 바에 따르면, 4월 5일 현재 31%가 렌트를 지불하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 전년도 같은 기간의 18%에 비해 상승한 수치다.
