뉴요커 3인이 음식배달업체(Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates)를 상대로 집단소송을 제기했다.
이들은 위에 거명한 음식배달업체가 레스토랑 내 식사와 배달음식 가격이 동일해야하는 반트러스트법을 위반하고, 주문 건당 10-40%를 부과하고 있다고 소장에서 밝혔다. 그럽러브는 씸리스(Seamless), 도어대쉬는 캐비아(Caviar)를 통해 배달을 하고 있다.
