브루클린의 중국계 남성 펭 첸(Feng Chen, 31)이 선셋파크의 아파트와 진료소 메일함에서 경기부양 체크(stimulus check)를 훔쳐오다가 경찰에 체포됐다. 9개의 체크에 1만2천달러 이상 금액.
경기부양체크를 우편으로 받을 미국인은 7천여만명에 달한다.
