앤드류 쿠오모 뉴욕주지사는 6월말 2단계 오프닝에 뉴욕시 레스토랑의 옥외 서비스(outdoor dining)을 포함했다. 옥외 다이닝에서는 6피트 거리 두기, 전 스탭의 마스크 착용, 고객은 자리에 앉기 전 마스카 착용을 의무화했다.
