7월 하순 미 어린이 코로나 확진자 9만7천명 증가

개학을 앞두고 미 어린이 코로나 확진자가 급증했다. 뉴욕타임스에 따르면 7월 마지막 2주간 코로나19 신규 확진 어린이가 9만7천명에 달했다. 총 확진 어린이수는 33만8천 982명에 이른다. 특시 미조리, 오클라호마, 알래스카, 네바다, 아이다호, 몬타나주 어린이 환자수가 급증한 것으로 나타났다. 뉴욕주와 텍사스주는 조사에서 빠졌다.

Missouri, Oklahoma, Alaska, Nevada, Idaho and Montana were among the states with the highest percent increase of child infections during the last two weeks of July, according to the report.
