뉴욕시의회가 레스토랑의 코로나 팬데믹 프리미엄 요금 부과를 16일 승인했다. 이에 따라 레스토랑들은 최고 10%까지 부과할 수 있으며, 옥내 식당 100% 인원 허용 이후 90일까지 부과할 수 있다.
