롱아일랜드 주택값 치솟는다

뉴요커들이 코로나 팬데믹으로 뉴욕시를 탈출하면서 인근 롱아일랜드의 집값이 치솟고 있다.
올 9월-10월 롱아일랜드의 중간치 주택가는 54만5천 달러로 전년의 48만5천달러 대비 1만5천달러가 올랐다. 또한 주택 매물량도 전년의 3천755건에서 4천261건으로 올랐다.
