그래피티 아티스트 키스 헤어링(Keith Haring, 1958-1990)이 1979년 스쿨오브비주얼아트(SVA) 재학 시절 그렸던 벽화가 있는 맨해튼 트라이베카 로프트(260 West Broadway)가 790만 달러에 나왔다. 이 아파트는 한때 SVA가 갤러리로 사용한 바 있다. 

2007년 여름엔 소호(151 Wooster Street)에서 장 미셸 바스키아(Jean-Michel Basquiat,1960-1988)와 패브5 프레디(Fab 5 Freddy, 1959- )가 제작한 벽화가 발견되기도 했다.
