사이 트웜블리재단이 루브르뮤지엄을 상대로 소송을 제기했다. 

사이 트웜블리(Cy Twonbly, 1928-2011)는 2010년 루브르의 에트루리아 컬렉션이 있는 갤러리(Salle des Bronzes)에 영구 설치작으로 3천800평방피트의 천장화를 제작했다. 그런데, 루브르의 보수 공사 후 이전의 석회암 바닥에 옅은 벽토가 쪽매 마루에 녹슨 갈색으로 바뀜에 따라 작품의 일관성을 훼손한다고 주장했다.
