코로나 팬데믹으로 제한됐던 영업시간이 해제된다. 앤드류 쿠오모 뉴욕주지사는 오는 4월 19일부터 식당과 바의 영업시간을 오후 11시에서 자정까지 확장한다고 발표했다. 케이터링 이벤트는 오전 1시까지 진행할 수 있다.
