조 바이든 대통령이 3일 화웨이(HUAWEI INVESTMENT & HOLDING CO., LTD) 등 중국 군부와 감시기술개발과 연관된 혐의가 있는 59개 기업에 대해 미국인의 투자를 금지하는 행정명령을 내렸다. 이는 트럼프가 지난해 11월 중국 기업 48곳에 대한 투자를 금지한 것보다 강화된 조치다. 이유는 중국 감시기술을 이용한 억압 또는 인권 침해를 촉진하는 것이 미 국가안보, 외교정책, 경제를 위협한다는 것. 다음은 투자금지 대상 중국 기업이다.
