코로나 팬데믹으로 스트레스를 받아온 미국의 근로자들 대부분이 새로운 직장을 구하기를 희망하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구직 플랫폼 monster.com의 여론조사에 따르면, 95%는 새로운 일자리를 원하고 있으며, 92%는 다른 업계로 변경하고 싶어하는 것으로 나타났다. 이들의 대부분은 직장에서 탈진 상태로 나타났다.
