뉴욕시 개발업자들은 5개 보로에서 럭셔리 아파트를 저렴한 아파트로 전환 중이라고. 월스트릿 인근 7 듀이 스트릿은 뉴욕시 Affordable New York Housing Program에 따라 건축된 로어맨해튼의 첫번째 아파트 건물이다.
