 스칼렛 요한슨은 2008년 이 2베드룸의 맨해튼 미드타운 이스트의 펜트하우스를 210만 달러에 매입한 후 개조공사를 거쳐 오픈 키친, 테라스, 드레스룸 등을 갖추고 있다. 

NBC-TV '새터데이 나릿 라이브(SNL)'의 코미디언 콜린 조스트(39)와 결혼 후 8월 남아를 출산했다. 조스트도 10월 웨스트빌리지의 듀플렉스를 250만 달러에 내놓았으나, 팔리지 않고 있다.
