뉴욕의 억만장자 헤지펀드 창립자 마이클 스타인하트가 BC 560년경의 쿠로스(Kouros, 청년 누드조각, 1천400만 달러 가치)을 비롯 고대 그리스 유물 55점을 본국에 반환했다. 뉴욕 지방검찰청에 따르면, 스타인하트는 컬렉션을 위해 골동품 밀매업자, 범죄조직 두목, 돈세탁업자, 무덤 약탈자 등으로 구성된 거대한 지하세계에 의존한 것으로 밝혀졌다.
