조 바이든(79) 대통령이 21일 코로나19 양성반응을 보여 항바이러스제 팍슬로비드(Paxlovid)를 투여받았다고 백악관 대변인이 밝혔다. 바이든 대통령은 백신을 풀 접종했으며, 부스터샷도 2회 접종했지만, 확진자가 되었다.  

President Biden tested positive for the coronavirus with “mild symptoms,” raising health concerns for the 79-year-old president.

Mr. Biden is receiving Paxlovid, an anti-viral drug used to minimize the severity of Covid-19, the White House said. He will isolate at the White House but will “continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time.”
