시카고 교외 인버니스의 한 주택에서 한인 우 장(Woo Chang, 41)씨가 그의 아들 오스틴 장(Austin Chang, 10)과 딸(6)을 일산화탄소로 독살하고 자살을 시도했다. 우 장씨와 아들 오스틴은 사망했으며, 딸은 입원했으나 중태다. 장씨는 부인과 별거 중인 것으로 알려졌다. 장씨의 측근은 장례비와 병원비, 부인의 재정을 돕기위해 GoFundMe를 통해 9월 14일 현재 3만7천달러를 조성했다.
