1973년 그리스계 이민자(Christo and Tina Sideris)가 맨해튼 극장가 헬스키친에 7만7천 달러에 매입했던 건물(662 9th Avenue and 373 W46th Street)이 2천6백만 달러에 매물로 나왔다. 건물주는 레스토랑 아워글래스 태번(Houseglass Tavern)의 주인으로 염염 투 타이(Yum Yum Too Thai) 등 식당이 자리한 46스트릿 레스토랑 로(Restaurant Row) 9애브뉴 코너의 건물이다. 예전에 자그마한 아워글래스 태번에서 저녁식사를 하면서 손님이 없어서 걱정했는데, 건물 주인이었다.
