팝스타 저스틴 비버가 인스태그램에 자신의 이미지를 사용한 캐주얼 의류 브랜드 H&M을 비판했다. "난 그들이 H&M에 올린 상품 컬렉션을 승인하지 않았다...모두 내 허락과 승인 없이... SMH 내가 너라면 그걸 사지 않을 것이다."

이어 다른 포스트에서는 더 강하게 힐난했다.  "그들이 나를 이용해 만든 H&M 상품은 쓰레기이며, 난 그걸 승인하지 않았다. "사지마라."

한편, H&M의 담당자는 "적절한 승인절차를 따랐다"고 밝혔다. 저스틴 비버는 자신의 의류 라인 Drew를 자신의 웹사이트에서 판매하고 있다. 저스틴 비버의 인스태그램 팔로워는 2억7천만명이다.
