NYO2 (National Youth Orchestra 2) with Jennifer Koh

A new generation of orchestra musicians is proudly showcased in NYO2, “a superbly talented youth orchestra” (New York Classical Review). The orchestra’s last performance at Carnegie Hall was called “inspiring … demonstrat[ing] a bright future for classical music” (Musical America), and the ensemble now returns under the esteemed leadership of conductor Joseph Young with renowned violinist Jennifer Koh as guest soloist. Enjoy Three Dance Episodes from Bernstein’s On the Town, Sibelius’s Violin Concerto, and a suite of music from Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet.

 

Tickets start at $13 ($10 + $3 fee)
