미슐랭 1스타 한식 BBQ 식당 꽃 스테이크하우스(COTE Korean Steakhouse)를 운영하는 사이먼 김(Simon Kim)이 내년 말 미드타운(550 Madison Avenue, bet. 55th & 56th St.)에 뉴욕 2호점을 연다고 eater.com이 전했다. 소니 타워(Sony Tower)로 불리우는 이 건물은 필립 존슨이 1984년 포스트모던 스타일로 설계한 37층짜리 빌딩이다. 꽃 외에도 이 건물엔 미슐랭 2스타 도쿄 일식당 스시 요시타케(Sushi Yoshitake)의 지점, 홍콩의 미슐랭 3스타 스시 쉬콘(Sushi Shikon)의 지점이 오픈할 예정이다. 사이먼 김은 2021년 2월 마이애미에 COTE Miami를 오픈한 바 있다.
