최근 '억만장자들의 길(Billionaires’ Row)'에 자리한 럭셔리 콘도 빌딩 센트럴파크타워(Central Park Tower,  217 West 57th St.)의 듀플렉스 펜트하우스(107-108층)가 1억1천5백만 달러에 팔리며, 뉴욕시 사상 4번째로 비싸게 거래된 아파트로 기록됐다. 이는 2021년 이래 매물 중 최고가다. 이 펜트하우스는 12,500 평방피트에 침실 7개, 욕실 8개, 전용 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있다. 

뉴욕시 역사상 최고가는 헷지펀드 매니저 켄 그리핀(Ken Griffin)이 2019년 매입한 220 Central Park South)의 펜트하우스로 2억3천8백만 달러다.
