맨해튼 헬스키친에 테이스팅 메뉴 전문 꼬치(Kochi, 미슐랭 1스타)와 마리(Mari, 미슐랭 1스타)를 운영하고 있는 심성철(Sungchul Shim) 셰프가 2월 22일 극장가(776 8th Ave.)에 스테이크 하우스 구이(Gui)를 오픈한다. eater.com에 따르면, 2층에 130석 규모의 구이는 한식과 미국식을 혼합한 메뉴로 짜여진다. 바비큐 외에도 돌솥 비빔밥, 탄탄면, 김치와규 볶음밥, 순두부 찌개 등이 올라 있다. 1층의 Bar92에선 마사(Masa), 베노(Benno), 아쿠아빗(Aquavit) 출신 제이슨 루이(Jason Lui)가 만든 칵테일을 제공한다. 여름에 오픈할 2층은 오마카세(테이스팅 메뉴)로 운영될 예정이다.
