2025 미 독립영화상 인디스피릿상(Independent Spirit Awards) 시상식에서 션 베이커 감독의 '아노라(Anora)/가 작품상, 감독상, 주연상(미키 매디슨)을 수상했다. '아노라'는 지난해 칸영화제 황금종려상 수상작으로 2025 미감독협회(DGA), 미제작자협회(PGA) 작품상도 석권했다. 한편, '리얼 페인(Real Pain)의 키어란 컬킨은 조연상을 받았으며, 촬영상은 '니켈 보이즈(Nickel Boys)'의 조모 프레이, 다큐멘터리상은 'No Other Land', 국제영화상은 라트비아/프랑스/벨기에 합작 'Flow'에 돌아갔다. 인디스피릿상은 할리우드 아카데미상 시상식 전 캘리포니아 산타모니카에서 열린다.
